Conrad Paul: Yoga Professionals' Founder

In Conrad's own words, taken from his book, THE COMPLETE GUIDE TO YOGA FOR FITNESS PROFESSIONALS (co-authored with Debbie Lawrence), he shares his dream to pass on his yoga lineage, knowledge and love of yoga, and expresses his gratitude for his own personal growth in founding the school, and to each Yoga Professionals student on their own yoga path.  

'After founding my yoga teacher training school ‘Yoga Professionals’ in 2007, my own practices, growth and teaching have developed through all the reflections I have received from every student that has trained with me, and has gone on to shine the light of yoga. 

I have a deep passion and love of yoga and I hope that through this...(course and knowledge)...I will pass on to you the reality of ‘modern-day practices’, stemming from the ancient wisdoms of the yogis that went before. 

I am not a guru, but I believe the guru is within each and every one of us, and I hope through this...(course and these teachings), those who... (share in it).., will awaken their own curiosity and self-realisation that life can be joyous, even when there are moments of darkness.'
